The sun shone as I enjoyed a lovely girls lunch on Wednesday at Dux Dine. A friend and I chose to share a pizza and we were not disappointed! It had a light, crispy base and was topped with caramelized beetroot, feta, rocket, pinenuts and mozzarella. Delish!
If you haven’t already checked out this reincarnation of a firm Christchurch fave then I highly suggest you do. It has quite a different feel from the original location in the central city, almost more grown-up with it’s moody interior and gorgeous outdoor garden area. The seafood and vegetarian based menu is full of fresh, local ingredients and I love that some of the produce and herbs used by the Chefs are grown onsite.
